We provide digital courses, group trainings, and 1:1 coaching for musicians. Access is granted after successful payment.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in USD.

• VAT will be applied where legally required.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

3. Refund Policy

• Online courses: 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund, any 1:1 or group sessions already attended will be deducted proportionally.

• Coaching sessions: Can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, worksheets, and materials are protected by copyright. They are for personal use only. You may not share, copy, or distribute them without written consent.

5. Disclaimer

Our Services are for educational purposes only. They do not replace therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on individual commitment and circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Berlin, Germany.
